“Beware of an over-concern for money, position or glory. Some day you will meet a man who cares for none of these things. Then you will know how poor you are…” -Rudyard Kipling

That’s the planet we live on! Try to keep this in mind always.
Hi everyone.
My name is RMan & I’m an addict!
It’s not alcohol, not even drugs; something far worse: MOTION PICTURES.
I have always been into movies, television series, … you name it. Even as a kid I would force my folks to get me home back in time for “The Six Million Dollar Man” and “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles”. But I guess the real obsession started when I figured I could fantasize of being the hero who saves the world and gets the girl in the end!
Anyways, enough with the psychology …., I have a somewhat unique taste in movies. I really liked the action scenes in “The Matrix”, and I simply adore “Pride & Prejudice”. Go figure.
Of course there is the magnificent imdb.com to help all of us movie-fanatics. Me, I’m just gonna write about a couple of ones that I have seen and liked. And maybe some of them might be of interest to you.
I’m new at this writing business, so apologies in advance for any inconvenience.
For now, if you’re into philosophical/sporty/kinda dramatic movies, I recommend “Peaceful Warrior”. It’s pretty interesting and offers many cute aphorisms (ones worth writing down and hanging on the wall).
Be cool,
RMan.
Hi,
These days my friend, RMan, is visiting me. He is very passionate about (obsessed with) movies and watches a lot of them (24/7). In the past week, he encouraged me to watch a bunch of them, so I thought it might be cool if I ask him to write as a guest author in the Cube. Let’s give him a warm welcome, may he find peace.
Welcome on board RMan ![]()
In this blog (a.k.a Cube) I’m going to freely talk about almost everything I happen to face in my daily life. As I’m in the field of Computer science and IT, my posts are more likely to be about computers, Web2.0, IT and open source applications.
Thank you for visiting and don't forget to subscribe for Cube blog feeds.
